Michael
J. Burns, CEO and President
Burns serves as chief executive officer and president of Consolidated
Cable Solutions. Using his industry expertise gained during two
decades in this business, Burns has built Consolidated Cable Solutions
into one of the premier contract service companies in the cable
TV industry. He has extensive experience in building client bases
in markets throughout the country, developing a successful approach
sensitive to each neighborhood's needs.
Prior to founding Consolidated Cable Solutions, Burns served as
Regional Vice President for Communication Resources Incorporated.
Burns oversaw the company's Southwest Region, while providing installation,
audit, and collection services to some of the industry's leading
MSO's. Burns supervised all start-up operations throughout the region,
including hiring and training of new hires, procedure implementation,
new system budgets and equipment purchasing and distribution.
Ian C. Turnoff, Chief Operating Officer
Turnoff has over 15 years of cable field services experience, including
overseeing system audits, non-pay field collection, equipment recovery,
and tap-disconnects for many of the industry's leading MSO's. Turnoff
possesses a unique combination of providing clients with outstanding
bottom line results, while managing and maintaining excellent employee
relationships.
Prior to joining Consolidated Cable Solutions, Turnoff served as
Business Unit Manager for Viasource Communications. While with Viasource,
Turnoff oversaw the company's south Florida market, which included
seven separate cable systems, seventy plus field employees and over
$3.8 million in annual revenues. Turnoff also supervised new start-up
operations in strategic markets such as the San Francisco Bay area,
where he started and oversaw a successful non-pay collection operation
of 40-plus field employees.
John L. Marks, Vice President of Business
Development
Marks's career in the cable TV industry spans 20 years. Having started
performing field collections in 1983, Marks diverse resume includes
operations manager on local and regional levels, bad debt collections
manager, as well as significant marketing and client services roles
with some of the industry's leading outsource organizations.
Prior to Consolidated Cable Solutions, Marks was Director of Marketing
for Viasource Communications. From 1998 to 2001 Marks was responsible
all internal and external marketing and communication strategies,
during which time the company acquired seven field contracting firms
and executed an Initial Public Offering, while the company grew
from $25 million to $270 million in annual revenues.
James R. Henry, Vice President of Business Operations
James Henry, serves as Vice President of Business Operations
for Consolidated Cable. His persistence and attention to detail provide
Consolidated Cable’s Business Operations the leadership necessary to seamlessly
integrate the company’s processes throughout its field and administrative
operations. He currently oversees all
non-pay field collections, and equipment recovery on top of all of his other
duties.
Having started in the cable industry in 1999, Henry was the
company’s premier customer retention representative for two years. In 2001 he
was promoted to MDU Manager where he increased customer save percentages twenty
percent. In 2003, Henry was tapped to lead the company’s business operations
and was heavily involved in strategic start-ups in Texas,
California and Indiana.
In his current role Henry oversees ninety employees and $4.8 million in
revenues for the Consolidated Cable’s Texas
operations.
Keith E. Wright, Vice President of Technical Operations
Keith
Wright serves as Vice President of Technical Operations for
Consolidated Cable’s Western Division. He is responsible for
overseeing non-pay field collections, equipment recovery,
tap-disconnects, field audits and subscriber acquisition.
Wright’s responsibilities include hiring and training of new
hires, procedure implementation, system budgets and equipment
purchasing and distribution.
Having
started out as a field technician in 1999, Wright rapidly ascended to
Quality Control Supervisor and then Operations Manager within two
years. In 2003 he was named the Western Division’s Vice President
of Technical Operations. Wright has demonstrated exceptional management
skills that have allowed his operations’ to consistently achieve
high performance and quality control rates for current clients
including Comcast, Time Warner, Cebridge and TV Max.
Shelby Greene, Director of Operations
Greene has over 15 years of CATV experience. He started his cable
television career as a front line employee performing non-pay
collections, tap disconnects and converter recovery. Having
worked for contracting companies CABSCO, Communication Resources Inc,
and Viasource Greene steadily ascended up the management ladder holding
such position as quality control supervisor, system manager and
regional operations manager.
As Director of Operations for Consolidated Cable, Greene currently
oversees the company's Charlotte operation where it provides non-pay
collection, converter recovery and tap disconnect services to Time
Warner. Greene also plays a leading role in the devlopment, improvement
and implementation of the company's operational programs, processes and
procedures.
